When you use our pond planner and send a project for review, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, city and ZIP code, your pond preferences (size, depth, features, property conditions), any notes, and photos you choose to upload. We use this information to review your project, prepare a custom quote and contact you about it — and for nothing else.
We measure how visitors use this website and how our advertising performs. To do this we use the Meta Pixel, an advertising technology provided by Meta Platforms (Facebook). The Meta Pixel records page visits and on-site actions (such as starting the planner or submitting a project), along with standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the page that referred you. Meta may use this to measure ad performance and, where you have interacted with Facebook, to associate the visit with your account.
If you arrive from one of our ads, we also record basic campaign parameters (for example which ad or campaign you clicked) so we can understand which advertising works. These parameters never include your name, phone number or email address.
In regions where consent is required (including the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel is switched off until you accept it in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of this website. Declining keeps advertising measurement off; it does not affect your ability to use the pond planner or submit a project.
Your project details are stored in our secured database and delivered to our customer relationship management (CRM) system so our team can review and follow up on your request. Uploaded photos are stored privately and shared only inside our team via expiring links. Website and advertising measurement data is processed by Meta Platforms as described above. We do not sell your information.
We keep project submissions for as long as needed to quote, plan and complete work with you, and measurement data for as long as our advertising platforms retain it. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time by emailing talia@txfishingllc.com.
